Septic cleaner ripoff, i was called by someone and told that i was being sued if i didn't pay up. I wanted to send their stuff back and they wouldn't accept it. They wanted money

I got a call from someone that work for them. Saying that if i didn't pay for the septic cleaner that i was going to be sued by the company. And several month ago i tryed to send their product back to them and they refused to take it back and the box as never been open. So i feel that they are trying to who do me about the product. If they want their stuff i will seen it back to them. I am not going to pay them.
