Ripoff Paid 499.00 and got nothing no calls back nothing

I call this company to order this light and the guy calls me back takes my order over the phone because he dont have e-mail and only takes one kind of card. So i paid with a check over the phone. And i have not recvied anything from him. I call and he never answers the phone and no return calls back to me i would like to get my money back if posibale or to at least make it so he dont ripoff any more people. Justice needs to be served to this company. He needs to banded form the internet for riping people off.
