When I received my Vaccume, I received not 1, not 2, but 4, I did not receive the steamer or the $ 25 walmart gift card, when I received my bank statement, the Singer company hadcharged my account $ 453.70.

I then e-mailed Singer, and received an e-mail back stating that the company would respond within 48 hours, when the company did not respond, he e-mailed the company back, and received a notice that the company e-mail is no longer in service, in other words they are not answering phone calls, and not accepting e-mails

I am now without the $453.70 and no way to get it back. If any one can help please let me know
