Fraud, deceptive advertising, theft by deception, ripoff NATIONWIDE

I ordered a Singer Lazer vaccume, from an infomercial that I saw on television.

The infomercial, claimed that if I oredered 1 vaccume, I would recieve a second vaccume free, I would also receive a steamer, and a $ 25 walmart gift card for my order. The total was to be $ 99.98 cents shipping and handling.

When I received my Vaccume, I received not 1, not 2, but 4, I did not receive the steamer or the $ 25 walmart gift card, when I received my bank statement, the Singer company hadcharged my account $ 453.70.

My son tried to call the companies 800 number and was put on hold on for over an hour the first time, and almost 2 hours the second, both times he was hung up on by the company without even talking to a customer service represenative.

My son then e-mailed Singer, and received an e-mail back stating that the company would respond within 48 hours, when the company did not respond, he e-mailed the company back, and received a notice that the company e-mail is no longer in service, in other words they are not answering phone calls, and not accepting e-mails.

After my son, called the company and was put on hold for as long as he was, we received a phone call from the company offering us the same vaccume, at $ 40 off the price they were advertising on thier infomercial.

For all of those of you out there that have been ripped off by the Singer company, and your Credit or debit card over charged, you can go to your bank, and reverse the charges, the bank will then try to, contact the company, and if they can't they charges will be reversed, and the money returned to your account. Visa, and Master, card, as well as American express do have protection against Fraudulent transactions, Please contact your Credit card provider with the Information.
