Disabled Veteran Struggles to Find Lawn Tractor Belts in Store

I am a disabled veteran, and last year I purchased a YardMachine lawn tractor, 21 hp, 46" deck. This year I went back to the original store to purchase belts for this unreliable lawn tractor/mower. They do not even carry the proper accessories, i.e., belts, filters and other parts needed for proper maintenance.
To make matters worse, I went to the customer service counter and asked them to order the belts I needed. The young lady behind the counter made a halfhearted attempt, pretending to flip through the pages while I stood right there. Did she really expect me to believe she read that fast? If she really could, she would be a millionaire or a robot!
When I asked the head cashier on September 3 at 1416 hours to help me find the correct belt, she told me the only belts they had were at the back of the trimmer aisle. That was not true. I found belts in the front, in the back, and between the aisles, all over at least 5 aisles, hidden behind other parts, mixed up with other parts, and way too high up, so you would need a stepladder to get to them. That is exactly why I mentioned that I was disabled in this note and to the people at the Home Depot here in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. I have been to this store on other occasions, and it is always the same non-helpful attitude.
