Sold me junky washer and dryer with false warranty. Ripoff

I bought my Grandma a used washer and dryer set to replace her old ones. The guy came out and installed it for me and took away the old ones. He charges me $200 plus $15 delivery and installation and gives me a 60 day partts and labor warranty.

Well 2 weeks later the dryer quit working so I called him. He said he would be out in 2 days. When he didn't show up I called him every day for the next weeks. He would not answer his phone and eventually he had the phone turned off.

This guy had business cards without an address on it but it looked like it was from an Appliance shop. This guy is running a scam. Look out for him he always has an advertisement in the Oklahoman for Extra Nice Washer/Dryer $200, can deliver/install. This week his phone number is 405-433-9956 or 405-313-7387.
