The singer lazer storm vaccum. I ordered the vaccum from TV add. It was buy one and get one free. First payment was $79.90 with 2 more payments of $39.00 each. On 7/27 they charged to my credit account the amount of $253.90. This was not authorized. Then on 8/16 they charged another $79.90.

They had no right taking the $253.90. I have repeatedly tried to get a hold of them but have not been able to talk to someone. I was on hold for over 1/2 hour. I want my money back and I do not want the product which I have not received yet. What kind of company is this anyway?
