No Show delivery twice, horrible customer service

Purchased items on 6/18. Took SIX weeks to receive message on 7/23 that my furniture was available for delivery.

Over the next six days I left NINE messages to arrange for delivery. Left messages for various people (Madeline, Angela & Customer Service). Never got a single call back.

I got lucky on Friday 7/29 and spoke with Madeline. Only because I refused to be transferred to voicemail and insisted that I speak with someone. Madeline advised that they are short staffed and that's why she did not call back all week. Madeline confirmed delivery for Saturday 8/6. She advised that someone would call me the morning of 8/6 to confirm delivery time. She aldo told me of all the cancellation fees that I would be subjected to if I did not pay or cancel within 5 days prior to delivery.
On 8/5, I had all my old furniture removed so was ready for the delivery the next day.

8/6 - No confirmation call. I called corp office @10:30AM spoke to Hellen. She said I was not on the list for that day. All she could do was leave a message for the manager on Monday. Called Tony, the Fairfield store manager @1:50PM and advised this was unacceptable. He confirmed that I was in fact scheduled for the day.

Twenty minutes later Hellen called back - advised delivery will take place later that day - as late as 10PM. What choice did I have, I had no other furniture and had to sleep on the floor otherwise. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED! I waited an entire day and night waiting for these guys to deliver my bedroom furniture an noone even had the decency to call me to say they weren't coming.

Called Monday 8/8 left message for the manager. I left a few messages regarding the situation. Three days later someone called and rescheduled delivery for 8/13. She advised that on 8/6 they had overbooked. When I inquired about compensation, she advised the manager would call back. NO MANAGER EVER CALLED, despite my attempts at calling and even mailed a letter.

On 8/13, I called Hellen @ 10:30 to get a delivery time, she advised that I should expect the deivery between 11AM-3PM. At 11:07AM Hellen calls back cancelling the delivery for today. Their truck broke down and they can't get another truck.

This has got to be a joke! Maybe I should be thankful that I got a call this time. I have lost two days of wages, I am sleeping on the floor and living out of boxes and the Moda manager still has not contacted me.

This is the worst shopping experience I ever had. Don't shop here.
