The DUMP is a piece of crap. We recently purchased a piece of furniture from the dump. It was delivered on Saturday. The delivery men quickly assembled the furniture and left. Literally, within minutes, we notices the delivery men had scratched our hardwood floors. We called the Dump immediately (within minutes of them leaving). However, the refused to file a claim or even do anything because we did not "document" the damage on the manifest, despite the fact I was calling them within minutes of them leaving the house with the damage. The delivery men conveniently covered the marks with their moving blankets. I called and spoke with customer service, who refused to let me speak with a manager. I called the dump delivery manager at the store who said he would "look into it" and call me back. No call - nothing. I called and spoke to a floor manager at the store, who seemingly acted like she might be able to help, and said she would get with customer service and the delivery manager and call me back.
