Junky quality, won't repair within warranty period, they want you to settle for crap

I had purchased a leather sofa and loveseat on december 5, and on july 22, the loveseats framework fell out of the bottom. When we flipped it over to look, we saw that it was made of cheap plywwod/particule board, staples, and tiny nails, JUNK.

We then looked at the sofa bottom only to see that the plywood was bent and bulging out of the bottom, the sofa slanted forward, and the front metal legs were bending and about to snap. This could cause someone sitting on the sofa to be flung forward with a possible sofa flipping on top of them.

I contracted rooms to go (LIARS) the following day and i was told that i'd just have to pick something else out, they dont had this any more, i do not want somthing else. This set was purchased to go in a mafia/casino themed room and this set had a very specific look that we wanted. I also contacted the customer service line, they told me they had to send a service person out to my house, in 3 weeks, to look and make sure that the cheap crappy sofa and loveseat really are broken, then i can pick something else out. I don't want someting else. The service man can do some minor repairs, but if it is really broken, no.

I have contacted 3 professional furniture repair companies and it'll be about $ 500.00 to dismantle, rebuild the frames with wood and screw, and put back together again. That is what i want or my money back which is $ 1,800.00.

I have also asked if i was forced to pick out other furniture, will the warranty start over, the answer, NO. Rooms to go just wants me to pick something else, and by that time the warranty will almost be over. I was also told at the time of purchase that this sofa and loveseat are "the top of the line" and nothing else in the store was made as well as these items, why would i want to pick out their 2nd best if this garbage was the top of the line. If rooms to go happened to find this same set at another one of their stores, i don't think that i want it considering that it'll only last 8 months.

To conclude, please DO NOT BUY FROM ROOMS TO GO, tell all your friends and family, they sell junk that they won't stand behind.
