Inferior product

I had purchased a sofa and loveseat two years ago for my son and his wife, as a gift for their engagement. My son showed me the sofa yesterday, and i couldn't believe how awful the furniture looks. There are only two adults living in this apartment, no children or pets. The furniture has worn terribly, with holes in the material. I contacted corporate headquarters, if that is really what it was, and was told there was a one-year guarantee on furniture. No material should wear like this, i had problems from the beginning with this company. Had to wait months for the furniture. When they were finally delivered, was wrong sofa and loveseat.
