ROOMS TO GO Bad Quality, Bad Service, Bad Attitudes

Funiture purchased at ROOMS TO GO in Doral Florida immediatley started to break down and within three months and it was unbearable to sit on.

The technician sent to repair the sofa saw how poorly constructed the couch was and had plastic and staples holding up the bottom of the cushions. The technician did all he could to repair the sofa, but it again caved in and another report was promtly filed.instead of trading the sofa out and allowing us to even pay the difference for something better constructed, ROOMS TO GO sent another sofa that again caved in

The one year mark has passed and now I have to deal with the insurance agency which is already proving to be a sham and fraud.

If you are planning on purchasing anything from ROOMS TO GO, you might reconsider and go to a more reputable store that has a longer history of providing better quality furniture and service. I sincerely regret ever doing business with them.
