This guy bid on building a Gazeebo type enclosure to my rear patio overhanging the house roof and stated that it would be done in three days. A month later, it still is not done and the roof, where he neglected to shingle, is leaking like a wire basket. He charged me $2032.00 and I, like a fool, paid him in advance as I thought I would be on travel.
The guy had his card on a Contractor's Board.
All calls to the man have been in vain, cannot find his physical address, and the construction looks like some kid of 10 years old got a hold of Daddy's hammer, saw and nails. Have not contacted a lawyer, as there is no use pouring good money after bad.
