Ripoff never call me back for fixing the leaking roof they changed in 2003 with 40 years warranty

I had the new roof with Plantation Construction on 2003. The new roof was with 40 years warranty. Around Christmas, there was a heavy rain and it started to leaking inside my house. I tried to contact them since then but no one call me back. All phone calls were received by the answering service center and no response at all.
