Ripped off Ripoff

Home comort now (called sunroom designs at the time) put a sunroom on our house. Because of the shape of our house (an L shaped ranch) the addition would have 2 gabled roofs coming together. Although this is a difficult job they assured us it could be done. Well they were wrong. The roof was poorly constructed and has leaked ever since they put the addition on and has caused us thousands in repairs, including roof repairs drywall, mold, painting, ant infestation, etc. Home comfort sent numerous employees out to our home only to tell us that the job was not done right originally. Yet for several years they they were not able to fix it. Only when we hired our own roofer (who was horrified at the work they did) were we able to stop the water from coming in. If the were a reputable company it would have been taken care of immeadiately and we would have been spared years of aggravation.
