Total Joke

We purchased a home from Contry Homes in 2004. The house is falling apart. Our roof is now leaking too! When we called to get a service guy out I was told we were out of warranty and it will probably not be repaired. How is a house that is only 4 years old have a leak in the roof???

This is not the only problem, we have moisture spots in another area of the home that they attempted to fix with insulation (which did not work). Huge draft around fire place and basement leaks too. At one point we even had mold growing on the drywall, which they sprayed tilex on!!! Drywall is cracking everywhere. Seamed tape on ceiling is coming off. And entire house is being held up on wood posts that are spliting!

I would never purchase another home from this man who is throwing up these houses faster then they can cut trees, or let anyone else I know do the same. Now if we go to sell to get out we will have a loss!!!
