Ripoffs, cheats and shoddy/unfinished work

This company is by far the worst construction company I have ever dealt with. They provided a contract for a job based on time and materials plus fee with the agreement that any changes would be time and materials plus 10% fee.

They ran late throughout the entire process, in the middle of the job they stopped and went to my neighbors house to do some work for them while I was being billed for it! They left a mess in the basement which is now flooded because they punched a whole in my brand new roof to install a vent and did not seal it up to prevent water seepage. Now the walls and basement are constantly flooded when it rains. They failed to properly finish the walls and now there are holes, pits and warbles throughout the shoddy patchwork they thought "looked fine".

When I asked them for a detail billing of the time and materials they accused me of trying to "Phuck them over". They failed to do the contractual punchlist items, repair the damage they did and the lead that did the work also refused to work for them because of their lack of moral and ethical business practices. DO NOT use this contractor! Or if you do, consider yourself warned. You can email me for pictures, documents and proof if you like.
