Nick Donato was contracted to dig out our basement, resupport it, pour a floor, put up new foundation, build a retaining wall, using concrete blocks and dirt from basement and grade off all landscape affected by the work. We have a signed contract, but unfortunately, do not have his exact address. He has not returned phone calls since early October and the retaining wall was not finished nor the landscaping from the construction. He also damaged a saddle on a new door with his backhoe and did not make good on it. We now need to find another contractor to finish the work. Mr. Donato got over $29K doing this work. He needs to be exposed as a crook.
