Simply Excellent. I can not even compare what I sent to Quality Tyme vs what I received back. My father's 30 year old Rolex had lived a very hard life and everything was heavily damaged to the point that I thought of giving up on it. After talking with John from Quality Tyme, I was so confident in their knowledge and process that I pulled the trigger for a full restoration. What I received back was simply phenomenal. So much so, that I now where my father's old Rolex more than my other Rolex Chronograph and will definitely hand down this watch to my son as a family heirloom one day.
