2 week wait time for repair - Kitchenaid Refrigerato

My less than 2 year old Kitchenaide refrigerator not cooling at all. First service call was within 3 days of my call and a compressor was ordered. There is a two week wait for the next service call to actually come fix the refrigerator. This a long time to go without a refrigerator and people should be forewarned.
