Lowes Has Horrible Customer Service

If you plan on doing a home improvment project, I highly suggest avoiding Lowes Home Improvment Warehouse. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever encounter.

The people behind the customer service desk are incredibily rude and so slow. The is usually one person behind the counter answering phones, doing returns and aswering questions. I waited for a half hour just to get a simple question answered. And their exchange policy is non-existent.

If you bought something there and are looking to exchange for the same product, well... Ain't going to happen. They put you through the wringer with exchanges and their say on it is "we don't do exchanges".

I give Lowes a big thumbs down in my book. If you must buy something for your home improvments, go to Home Depot.
