Electrical Department - poor customer service

I'm not quite sure if this is the route to discuss the issue, but recently we were in Lowe's in Moore Ok. Trying to find many different types of products. We asked the assistance of at least six to eight employees and the best we got was a 'point' in the general direction of the product. No one was willing to actually take us to the product, so we were in the store much longer than necessary. Finally, one gentleman in the electrical department named Carl Johnson agreed to help us with our electrical needs. He was knowledgable, and spent time answering our questions. When I went to the service desk and requested to see a manager, a gentleman named Matthew came out and, honestly acted quite apathetic when I explained that Carl was the only employee willing to really assist us all during our trip. I did a follow up about a week later with Carl to see if the management ever commented on his exemplary service, and was told no. Service should be Lowes primary goal and I feel that management and most of the employees really missed the boat on this one issue. Pam Hunt, Moore OK.
