Hewlet Packard, Hacker issues unresolved Hp charged me 298. To fix - notebook computer repair and data recovery

I bought a new Hp notebook from Walmart in Alamogordo New Mexico last week. The same night I kicked my live in boyfriend out of my house. Immediately, (probably the whole time we have been together) he started hacking my computer remotely, building a network through my ip address as a fax device. I called ip and was reassured that they would take care of me and resolve all issues and that the hacker would have no access to my things. I was also charged 298. On my bankcard only to find out that my computer issues were still the same after hp worked on both of my computers remotely right before my eyes for 6 hours. Well, come to find out this Hp office is in INDIA!!!
