Rude, delay, delay, delay They will not give a physical address Internet

I ordered flooring several months ago. One of their Customer Services Reps (Mario) was the name that had been given had agreed to give my contractor a discount.

This was given verbally and it was repeated on a conferance call with me. I had asked for this in writing. Needless to say the it was never put in writing. The time came for the shippment of flooring and I checked the web site. Listed was the fact that it had not shipped at all because we owed this money that was to have been discounted. I tried to speak to the manager, owner and Mario. They would not give information taunted me and laughed at my requests. The phone was hung up and my e-mails were disreguarded. I have recently asked for the name of the shipping company, invoice number and Port that the flooring is to arrive.

The only response I received was that I did not need to know that. They did give a tme frame it was to arrive and I will receive it about 10 days later, so they say. I am fearful that I will not get my flooring. I had check out the company with the NWFA, Bonnie was the individual I had spoken to. She did not give a bad review of the company so I placed My order. I have sense spoken to her and she stated that the complaints she has received were in reguard to the flooring arriving late.
I also had contact with a gentleman on another web site. He did get his floor but it had arrived after the expected date.

The customer service, In my opinion, is the worst I have encountered. My Husband has tried to speak to the manager or Owner. My Contractor has had the same experience.

We are running out of time due to the fact we will have to move back into our home soon and our flooring my only be plywood.

Please let me know if you have not received your flooring and if there is legal action pending regarding this Company.
