American Hardwood Flooring is a rip off company! I ordered my flooring through them back in November and it is now March 31st 2005 and still no floor received. I have tried by many means to contact them for an answer as to where my flooring is and all I wind up with is rude livechat people and no answer on the phone number given. The shipping dept. Doesn't even respond to emails.

What are people left to think when there is no response after their money has been taken so quickly. I understood that there are delays with shipping and unforeseen circumstances but when they can't even give you the customer the common courtesy of answering an email as to where you floor is thats it.

Today I attempt one more time to go on the website and track my order only to discover that the site is now missing and that due to broadband limit exceeded by owner you can't even get on the website. Somebody out there has to have a way to get these people and get our floors. This is amazing to me how this company can get away with doing this to so many people. I see that some people who have complained have eventually received their floor but this is just too much already!!!

Almost 5 months for a floor to arrive? There has to be justice out there!!!
