On March 23 I bought a LG ($275 With Tax) dehumidifier model LD650EAL from Home Depot.in May of this year, that is just 15 months; it was still running but no longer filling the water collecting bucket. The instruction manual states that all parts are guaranteed for a year and the compressor ONLY is covered for 5 years. I called customer service and because the shallow guarantee has expired (Jessica) she gave me three service providers to contact. They claim it is probably the evaporator therefor it would be cheaper to buy new
. That is a lot of money for 15 months. I sent product info to LG Huntsville AL. But never received a reply. The complaint No. Is CNM130617292867. This company rings of GOLDSTAR, Another failure.
