Air Conditioning

Air conditioner was replaced in 11 months later it stopped. Service called and they said it was not their problem and left. I call 7 times over 3 weeks but never had a tech call back. I got another company to fix it. It cost me $250.00. The original install was done incorrectly obviously because it has worked fine since. The 24v line had shorted out the transformer. The corporate office (case 1521531) tried to turf it off again to another department when I called.By this time I am fed up with the poor service and gave up.
