Directv is ridiculous! - direct tv

We stopped our service to go with Dish Network to save money and get more channels. We were told we would have to pay an early termination fee of which my husband told them they did not have permission to draft from our account. They did so anyway. I received a statement in the mail stating that after paying the fee there was nothing due. Today I balance my checking account to find they had deducted an additional $48. I didn't receive any kind of statement regarding this charge. When my husband called it was a charge for a UFC fight we ordered 4 YEARS AGO!!! They couldn't explain why it took 4 years but also confidently couldn't refund our money. We thought at some point we would go back to them but they have made it so I would rather go without cable then go with them. Horrible business ethics!
