Powell bar stools
False advertising

I had ordered these barstools from another company and was told that they would not ship from the manf until July 27th so I cancelled them. Before I odered two barstools on June 7th from Stacks and Stacks I called and checked to make sure that these were in stock and would ship out as stated on their website. I was assured by two different people that it would not be a problem. I called on the 13th and was told another person was handling my claim and that she was in the office but I never heard back from her. I was told I had been sent an email but I never received it. I had to call on the 16th and ask them when they would be shipped. I was then told that they ship from the manf and would not ship until July 20th. I was then told that the person handling my account would give me a call and as I thought never did. I called her on the 17th and she would hardly let me talk interrupting me repeatedly so she could tell me of their shipping disclosure. I told her I wanted to cancel this order because I no longer wanted to order anything from a company so poorly represented. The representative then said OK and then hung up on me as well. It was just a minute later when I received my cancellation notice. I found this company very unprofessional and I will never order anything from them again!!! BEWARE of this company because they have false advertising on shipping info.
