New AC unit installed

Sears Home services installed a new unit at my home in Columbia SC on April 26. The inspector from South Carolina codes and inspections came out on 4/29 for the check and said that the breaker was too high for the system 50 Amp it needed to have a 20-30 amp. My reference number is 15366322.
Everything about this service installation was below any standard I would have thought Sears would provide. No one ever responds, you can call them at their office they acknowedge the message but never returned the call. This is the worst group I have seen. I may just have this reinstalled by someone else and leave their equipment for pick-up. I would never do business with them.
