In store purchase - Kenmore microwave/oven wall unit

My wife purchased a Kenmore over the range microwave on Black Friday. The sales rep said it would be in in 3-4 days. Now it is 12/21 and no microwave. We called the store and they are telling us that according to the system we picked up the microwave on the date of the purchase!!
