Rip off and dishonest - brakes

I paid $400 for back brake pads and rotors and they didn't even lubricate them. My car has been squeaking for 5 months because they said it was my front brakes squeking. I just went to a little family owned mechanic and he said my back brakes were bone dry no lubrication on them at all!!! Not to mention he just did a way better job on my front brakes and only charged me $200. I would not recommend firestone to anyone. Take the time to shop around and find the few honest mechanics, it's worth it..
