Sears
Bad service

In January I bought a Kenmore washer and dryer. The washer is the Elite Oasis Model # 27032602. When I start the wash, within a few seconds, it shows the F1 error code. Sears needs to place a recall on whatever the problem may be as there are many people with similiar washers having the same troubles. It used to be you get what you pay for, but anymore it is a crapshoot no matter what you buy or now much it costs. Sears needs to improve their products and customer services skills.
