There is no sign of professionalism in there job, in communication and no walking with customer to see the car problem.

The way they start is, tell me the problem. I have no knowledge of car and its parts, so its easy to ripe me off.

I told the receptive to come with me to show you the problem. He straightly said no, he don't need to see. We can fix it you can tell the problem verbally.

I know the coolent pipe was broke and he gave me the estimate of 385 dollars and stating that the water pump is bad.

No the odd part is when you arrived at shop and when you hand you keys to them, they give you a ticket by marking that the customer did not wants the old part back and then they ask customer to sign it.

So bingo. Here what i can assume. The finest way to cheat a dump guy is not giving his old part back which is never got bad and they charge for new parts. And which they never installed.

This is bullshit.

Hope i have lettle knowledge of car and so i never rip off again
