Intimidation and rudeness - water pump pully

I took my older car to Monroe Muffler&
Brake as it was Sat. On a holiday week-end and it was close to where I had broken down. They did repair the water-
pump pulley and serpentine belt. The total bill was 297.41. The manager was trying to intimidate me (a grandmother) into getting a power steering flush from him. I took it to another mechanic and he had some ps fluid and it is fine. This guy would probably cheat his own mother.
