Delay in Delivery and no feedback From HP - CC420A#B19 HP CLJ CM4540f MFP

Dears,

The products of HP are the best products on the world that i ever used, their services are great but i'm shocked and wondered about the HP partners that reflects the image of the mother company.

I have a problem with HP and i'm still facing, that i Ordered a printer (MFP) and the first scheduled date was on 14-oct then before one week of arrival they changed it again to 12-Nov and util today 7-nov the HP partner is trying to contact HP to know if this date changed or not and to update me with the latest, and as they informed me that they can't reach or get an answer from HP and i'm really disappointed and have no where to ask or to reach.

I hope someone from HP can help and give attention and care to my case.
