Poor customer service with magic jack

Used magic jack an was pretty happy until aug the 3rd when i woke up to find they canceled our account. Claimed that we violated terms of agreement. Customer service would not explain how we had violated terms of servie. We have used this service for three yrs an never violated the terms of service. So i filed a complaint with bbb an was told they are no longer in business... If this is true then why are they still selling this product? We had just paid our renewal fee in april an they would not refund our money. I can prove we did not violate the terms they have just by the caller id list. All they would say over an over again is that our usage was high funny the only person we called were doctors an my mother! Do not buy this it is a scam
