Magic Jack
False Advertising

I have had a magic jack for several years. I tolerated the poor call quality because it was so inexpensive and we rarely used the phone. I had a family member visiting for a month and they used the phone to call home to another state. My service was deactivated due to excessive use. When I contacted someone on the chat they told me to see section 6 of the terms and conditions, that i had violated their terms. The terms are very vague and can mean anything. I was told they don't provide unlimited calling and that we called the same number to many times. I still had 4 years remaining on my service but they said I have lost my money and cannot reactivate my phone number. They could care less if they stole my money and refused to give me a phone number to a supervisor. I will never do business with them again and will tell everyone what a scam they are.
