Dell representatives lack expertise - Dell Dollars

Purchased an alienware computer unfortunately dell now owns it. Battery is not availble and tried to get a new one for three months then was told sorry but you are now out of warranty. Spent many hours trying to work with the people in India to get things fixed. Tried to and asked many times to speak to an American supevisor. I was hung up on and rudely spoken to. I have a thirtyfive hundred door stop. Said that to them too and was told well it works when plugged in. Dell I hav found does not care about it's customers. The better business beaurough could not help either.
To give this company a rating would be too much. I say boycott them.
