Ink Damage

This is the second time this has happened to me. I purchased High Capacity XL Cartridges at CostCo (Combo-Pack 564XL). Today, I began with the yellow, opened it (by taking off the orange tab) and the yellow ink had bubbled up and flowed over the sides. It wound up on my pants and rug! Last time, one of the black cartridges did the same thing — landing on my pants that time too! Missed the carpeting then, however. Not to mention my hands with the black — black everywhere, and the yellow today! I'm so upset with this! The printer is a All in One c310A
