Thank god i didn't apply for this but i did check it out and it is just a comeon to get your fee! Why is this allowed i know why i was targeted and i am sure there are many more disabled and poor people who they take advantage of i thought the government monitors this kind of stuff! Someone isn't doing there job and when election comes around maybe everyone won't be so quick to vote party rather than for the right person for the right job.
