I am very amazed this factor continues to be running a business (if you're able to contact it that?). Tubes which are marked incorrect, nothing like the web site presents them, no orange in a number of 3-color cartridges (after I clear to try and acquire some orange heading, that operates out the dark capsule), peculiar-formed uncommon tubes, AND decreased from 18ml items to 12ml of ink information. Their 1-800 telephone just includes a message suggesting to email them. Their "Client low-Support" is clearly a sarcastic a$pit who's no aid - simply lies and insults. Also it moves on and on and on. A lot of ineffective subjects.
