HP Photo Creations sent me the wrong photo album. There is no way to contact anyone associated with this software program in the company. After an hour and a half of being routed from representive to representive around the world, I actually ended up right where I started from. I called corporate in Palo Alto and was patronized by one of theirs reps who was most annoying and apparently made a practice of getting people upset.
