Very poor quality on the napkins and their printing

Ordered personalized beverage napkins. The napkins the the printing were very poor quality, some of the letters were very light or dark and others were missing parts of the letter. They did not look anything like the photo on their web site.

They kept insisting that the problems were minor, and they wanted a photo. I left the three packages their plastic wrap and took a photo which I e-mailed to them and on several of their responses they claimed I handled the napkins in a rough manner and they kept insisting that the only saw minor problems and offered a 20% discount or we could return for them to reprint no mention on the quality.

Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and they had agreed to refund my money after they received the napkins. I shipped the napkins were delivered UPS to Ya Ya Creations on 10/17/08. On their response they claim they are reprinting the napkins - the wedding was on 10/11/08

This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, they do not respond to our questions, email and chat on their website is the only way we can get them to respond and they do not answer all the questions posted. The phone is never answered by a live person and they do not respond to messages.

This company is a big rip off and I can't believe that this company is allowed to stay in business.
