Beware - Photo Book

Beware of Smilebooks. While the software is easy to use, if you have an issue with the final product, Smilebooks has one of the worst customer service programs I have ever come across. From no return phone calls, to telling me "it is what it is, " they have been horrendeus. A picture put on the cover of a hardcover photo album can/will come out darker that what the photo looks like in the software, and darker than the SAME picture that is on one of the inside pages. This is what happened to me and Smilebooks will do nothing. One excuse they told me is "the images may look different on your screen to the book due to the calibration of your monitor." Lame excuse.
