Never buy from hhgregg

I purchased a new $950 refigerator from HHGregg (Eastgate location, Cincinnati, Ohio) approximately 3 weeks ago. Yesterday, it stopped working. I called HHGregg and informed them of this and told them they needed to come get the defective product they sold me and bring me a working replacement. The very rude manager refused, stating "the timeframe the appliance stopped working was outside their 14 day return policy, that it is not HHgregg's problem"... And then told me to "call the manufacturer". I informed him that this was totally unfair and then asked him how he would feel if this happened to him. He then told me, "well, it did, except I had spent $30K on a car, not $950 refrigerator". OMG! Can you beleive he sadi that to me? He obviously didn't beleive I had spent enough money in his store to deserve a replacement for the garbage he sold me! I tld him that I have never purchased a $30K car... And now I understand why he is able to afford one! Do not ever buy from hhgregg! They don't care about you after your check clears the bank!!
