Purchased on April 9th. Started having trouble a month ago. Took to best buy a week ago—they stated no problems. Computer dies officially today. All parties try to bail on warrant. Hp and best buy. I need help please. Long time supporter of both. Will abandon both for life if no assistance is offered. That's a lot of money for your competitors. Let's see if they will stand up or stiff on the warranty
