Staples sold me a computer that doesnt work properly - hp pavillion all in one desk top

I bought a hp 20%u2019 all in one desktop computer from staples with a 2yr warranty on 11/7. The computer has refused to work properly a week after i took it out of the box. For 2 months (off and on) i spend on the phone with hp. Turns out the computer was sold faulty. Staples nor hp refuse to refund my money. I will never buy a hp ever again. And will always suggest people not to buy hp
