I bought a new hp desktop on 8-21-08. Had problems for 6 months with the computer, finally thought it would be ok until 8-21-09. Called technical service for some help to get it up and running, they would not even discuss the problem with me until i would agree to buy an extended warranty. I declined and just wrote hp off as junk. I will never buy hp again.
