I am the drbruce that posted the original review. After this was posted, I was contacted by Matt Bauer of My Computer Works. He listened patiently, investigated the problem and issued me a complete refund. Although my needs were not a good match for this comapny, I now believe they are trustworthy and deserve a try if you have a computer problem that can be fixed remotely. I am completely satisfied with how they have handled my case.
